| Today is one of those days I woke up feeling like doing nothing, but people have to eat right? I therefore got to cook lazy food. Here is the the recipe for you when you wake up feeling like doing absolutely nothing, it is affordable, yummy and easy to make. Recipe: 4 eggs (two per person)- boiled 2 large carrots(grated) 2 large tomatoes 1 medium size onion salt and pepper Procedure: Add your diced onions and 2 table spoons of oil into your cooking pan and let the onions fry until golden brown. Add tomatoes and let them cook till soft and then add the grated carrots, at this point you may add your salt and pepper. Add the eggs (after removing the shells) to the now thick stew, stir and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Serve while hot with rice. |
